A Rogue Monster Lite rack anchors the space, paired with 460 lbs of bumper plates, Olympic barbells, and a curl bar. Adjustable benches, dumbbells (5–50 lb) with rack, kettlebells (22–70 lb), and medicine balls (14–25 lb) round out the strength setup — everything needed for lifting, functional movement, and bodyweight work.
Cardio & Active Recovery
Treadmills, Assault Bikes, stationary bikes, and Concept2 rowers give crews low-impact ways to stay conditioned or work through active recovery between shifts.
Recovery & Mobility
