How We Support You

Strength & Functional Training
A Rogue Monster Lite rack anchors the space, paired with 460 lbs of bumper plates, Olympic barbells, and a curl bar. Adjustable benches, dumbbells (5–50 lb) with rack, kettlebells (22–70 lb), and medicine balls (14–25 lb) round out the strength setup — everything needed for lifting, functional movement, and bodyweight work.

Cardio & Active Recovery
Assault Bikes, stationary bikes, and Concept2 rowers give crews low-impact ways to stay conditioned or work through active recovery between shifts.

Recovery & Mobility
This is where the real reset happens: foam rollers, resistance bands, yoga mats, mobility balls, pneumatic compression leg sleeves, Theraguns, and trigger point canes — tools built to release tension, speed recovery, and prevent the injuries that come from repetitive strain on a long incident.

Beyond the Fireline

While basecamp is where we started, our mission doesn't stop there.

M&M's Movement also brings fitness and recovery programming to:

  • Corporate & Team Fitness – Group workouts and wellness sessions designed to build camaraderie, boost morale, and bring a little friendly competition to team building.

  • Group Fitness Classes – Strength, mobility, and recovery-focused classes for organizations, departments, or private groups looking to invest in their people's health.

  • Custom Wellness Programming – From one-time events to ongoing programs, we tailor our offerings to fit your team's goals, schedule, and space.

Youth Classes

In a world of increasing screen time and decreasing outdoor play, structured movement matters more than ever. Youth classes help build coordination, confidence, and body awareness at a developmental stage when those skills stick for life. Just as importantly, they teach discipline, teamwork, and the value of showing up and doing the work — lessons that carry far beyond the gym.

Our classes focus on:

  • Foundational Movement – Building coordination, balance, and body control through age-appropriate strength and mobility work.

  • Structure & Discipline – Teaching kids how to set goals, follow routines, and push through challenges in a positive, encouraging environment.

  • Confidence & Community – Creating a space where young athletes feel supported, build self-esteem, and learn to work as part of a team.

Whether your child is a competitive athlete or just starting to find their love for movement, our youth programs are built to give them a strong physical and mental foundation — one that will serve them for years to come.
